YouTube Focus Mode Privacy Policy

YouTube Focus Mode does not collect, sell, transmit, or share personal data.

The extension stores only local settings in Chrome, including Focus Mode state, Timed Lock end time, and the user's light/dark theme preference. These settings are stored locally using chrome.storage.local and are not sent to any server.

The extension runs only on YouTube pages to hide distracting interface elements such as feeds, Shorts, comments, related videos, Explore, Trending, and notification panels.

The extension does not track browsing history, user activity, personal communications, location, authentication information, financial information, health information, or website content. The extension does not use remote code.

The optional support button opens a PayPal page only after the user clicks it. The extension itself does not collect payment information.
